Guidelines for setting goals:
1- Create 1 goal each in all 4 areas of your life - HRCM
2- For every single goal decide only 1 action step for this month.
3- Try to see if you can take this action at a particular time, place, etc every day
There are 2 sheets in the tracker.

Please fill out the sheet
👉Sheet 2 - Everyday 1 action step tracker
Please make a copy of sheet 2 & fill it out every day based on whether you took action on that goal or not.
We will measure your progress at the end of Jan.
