I learned & performed exceptionally well in every single job not because I was smart but because👇

1- My first made me cry almost everyday🙈

> He forced me to attempt things I was uncomfortable with.

> He deliberately put me into situations where I had to make decisions without his guidance

> He made me stay till late so that I don't get to spend my time with my friends who were not ambitious.

👉Result- I became super confident dealing with situations & solving problems.

2- My 2nd boss would never approve my leaves

> He would always be absent during every client call

> He would never appreciate my work

👉Result- I was always giving my best to impress him. Doing more than others and thus kept getting more skilled than my peers.

3- My 3rd boss asked me to do every petty job I thought was below my standards

👉Result - I could never be fooled by any person at any stage in the process because I myself have done it all.

Honestly, I hated & disliked all of them while I was working with them however, I can't thank them enough today.
