Subject: Are You Missing Softskills in Your Resume?

Hello Friend,

The other day one of my friends asked me if I can help her daughter get an internship in one of the good IT companies.

I shared her resume with another friend who is a Director in a Top IT company.

The first thing my Director friend said, "Isne life me padhai ke alawa kuchh Kiya nahi hai kya"?
(Hasn't she done anything other than studying in her life?)

Problem 👇
There was no mention of her Softskills in her resume.

Reality👇
My friend's daughter never mentioned that she is a state-level basketball player & a dancer too apart from being a software engineer.

Now you will think about how does this relates to her having soft skills.

Softskills are your personality traits 👇

A state-level basketball player & dancer will most likely have traits like:

* Self-confidence
* Inner desire to succeed
* Self-discipline
* Leadership
* Enthusiasm
* Strong focus

Understand 👇
Resumes are the most fantastic documents where you put the most incredible stories in one place in order to open up opportunities.

Employers want to see your future potential based on your past accomplishments & current strengths.

They want to feel connected with a real human being, not a machine.

Softskills reflect your attitude, interpersonal skills & abilities to perform a job better than others.

Are you making this mistake?
