3- Everybody knows I'm a hard worker
Just because you work hard doesn't mean people notice. It's your responsibility to make your efforts visible
4- My boss knows I need a promotion
If you haven't told your boss explicitly what your abmitions are, you boss may never know or bother
5- I will put more hours at work
People care more about the output than input. More hours = Less Productivity
6- I am loyal to my employer
Being loyal is bare minimum. Become valuable with skills & expertise needed to help the company grow
