Hello Friend,
I happened to check a video by WION - in 2024, big companies like Google and Amazon might stop hiring much in India.
I’m not sure how real is that but I do understand -
“Aag lagne se pehle kuan khod lena chahiye”
👉 What’s Going On:
Big companies slowing down on hiring means we've got to be smarter about our careers. It’s going to get competitive, and we need to be ready.
👉 Why This Matters:
Your next job move, your career growth, and standing out in a crowded market are all on the line. But there’s a silver lining – it's also a chance to shine.
👉 Your Game Plan:
1- Make Your Brand Strong: Show off what you're good at online. Make sure people know your name and what you do best.
2- Become the Go-To Person: Find something you're really good at and become so good at it that everyone comes to you for advice or help in that area.
3- Start Your Own Thing on the Side: Think about small projects or work you can do on the side. It’s a great way to learn new things and make some extra money.
4- Lead Projects: Look for chances to take charge of projects, either where you work now or on your own. It shows you’re ready to handle big things.
5- Keep Learning: Things keep changing, so keep up by learning new stuff all the time. It’ll help you stay ahead and keep your job exciting.
6- Help and Learn From Others: Share what you know and help others. Have a coach/mentor, join groups or meet-ups where you can learn from people and they can learn from you.
Taking the Leap:
With 2024 around the corner, it's time to think: Will we watch the changes or make them work for us?
