Years later Jim Rohn said - " Our levels of success will rarely exceed our level of personal development, because success is something we attract by who we become."
And very recently I read this quote in another book - "You can know your commitment based on the results now you are getting".
No matter which era you talk about, all the wise, learned & successful people have the same mantra for success.
So, Who you are is basically generating the results you are getting now.
And in order to change your results, you have to change who you are & not just what you do.
Remember - Nothing will change unless you change.

👉 Answer - By committing yourself to behaving like your futureself.
It's time to commit Friend.
Commit to yourself that 2022 will be the year of learning & change.
