APPPA CONFERENCE IN JANUARY In addition, Alexia will be discussing the USDA regulations pertaining to poultry processing at the American Pastured Poultry Producers Association’s annual conference in Dallas on January 18-20. She will review the exemptions to the federal rules and relevant state regulations.
