(2) The placement of farm buildings and other structures;

(3) The ability to build and run farm stores and businesses, and other implications.

It’s important to know in which zoning district your property lies, and what agricultural practices are allowed (or restricted).

We'll review example codes and zoning maps to help you better plan for the future and meet your operational goals, and we’ll discuss what options exist to seek exemptions or zoning changes.

We will also share some cautionary tales and success stories other members have experienced.
