Dear Friend, It's difficult to believe these are the final days of 2024!
Allow me to personally thank you for being a part of the community of dedicated members, supporters, and allies that make up Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund.
"In 2024 we supported and defended our members, championed bills through state legislatures, fought against unfair policies, and litigated for Food Freedom!"
We've had quite a year, answering thousands of member inquiries, and addressing hundreds of our member's legal needs from farm raids, product seizures, fines and lawsuits, to herdshare agreements, on-farm processing advice, business entity formation, and zoning issues.
We've also fought fiercely to challenge and change unfair regulations at the local, state, and federal levels, making independent farmers, ranchers, cottage food makers, and homesteaders freer to grow healthy foods for all of us.
Will join in the fight by: Giving any amount you can today to help us to help us do even more in 2025! Sharing the word about the work we do to protect, defend, and broaden the rights of independent farmers, ranchers, homesteaders and cottage food makers.
