Strength in Numbers

Dear Friend,

Two important food freedom bills are on the agenda tomorrow (Wednesday) for a meeting of the Alaska House Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Economic Development.

The meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am (AKST) on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025. It does not appear that testimony is being accepted at the meeting, but members of the public should be able to attend.

If you cannot attend, you can still make your voice heard on these important food freedom initiatives by reaching out to your legislators.

House Bill 1048 (HB 1048) TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING THE INCIDENTAL SALE OF GOAT MILK, SHEEP MILK, AND WHOLE MILK THAT HAS NOT BEEN PASTEURIZED; AND TO CLARIFY THAT THE INCIDENTAL SALE OF RAW MILK IS NOT LIMITED TO A SALE ON THE FARM.
