ACTION ALERT: Act Now for Cottage Food in New Hampshire! Hearing Is April 1st!

New Hampshire House Bill 307 would expand where and how cottage food makers or home-based food producers can sell their products by removing previous restriction.


This bill also includes new labeling guidelines for cottage food products.


The hearing is scheduled for 9:40 a.m. EST in Room 100 at the State House Building in Concord, NH.


If you are able to testify in person, you will need to sign up to do so outside Room 100 on the day of the hearing.
