Here is the test run of the Martial Elements Newsletter.   

Here is a flow video that I made over the weekend and it is something that I have been using to stay loose and get a break from working at my desk all day.  I even have a stand up desk but I forget to use that sometimes!  

Check it out and let me know if this is useful.  I am making 5 different exercises to go with each of the elements that you can do during the day to keep you on track mentally, physically and spiritually.
