If you're wondering why I've been quiet it's because I've been trying to make sense of the whole GDPR nightmare...
General Data Protection Regulations? More like Giant Data Protection Rigmarole... ;)
I can honestly see the need for GDPR, but for a micro business, implementing it is a giant pain in the proverbials!
And fear of what I needed to do in order to comply with the new regulations stopped me from taking action for weeks!
Fear can hold us all back sometimes...

But you need to get used to acting despite feeling like you don't have enough experience, despite feeling like you're missing a vital piece of the puzzle and despite feeling so far out of your comfort zone you might as well be orbiting the Earth ;)
If you wait until everything is perfect and you’re no longer afraid, it will never happen.
Fear goes away with action and building confidence. You can’t wait it out.
But opportunities are fleeting and easily lost if you let fear hold you back from taking that action.
So if you need help, ask.
If you need to outsource something you find tricky, do it.
If you need to talk to clients (my own personal fear!), then just do it.
Things are rarely as bad as your imagination makes them :)
Don't let fear be the reason you don't achieve your dreams...
So feel the fear and do it anyway :)
