I'll tell you the answer to the terrible joke in a bit... :)
When I first got started online, I felt like I had nothing to offer.
I had no experience in my chosen niche and had absolutely no idea what could I possibly teach...
That led me to procrastinate.
A lot.
So time passed and I did nothing concrete.
I felt like an imposter, no matter what I did.
Sound familiar?
I'd been told that I could leverage the experience of experts by interviewing them and then publishing that interview as content or a product, but I had no step-by-step plan to do it, which put me off...
But if I'd had Kam Jennings' Talk Show Empire course back then, things could have been very different...
To be perfectly honest, when Kam first asked if my subscribers would be interested this, I was kinda meh about it...
I felt that interview products have been done to death...
But I really like Kam's stuff, so thought I'd give it a whirl, and wow, I've completely changed my mind!
As with all his stuff Kam goes into a lot of depth on the subject, giving solutions for pretty much every obstacle that you might come across with this business model.
And he shows you how to do it all with simple easy to understand language and free or cheap methods.
Interviewing an expert can really elevate your status in the eyes of your audience...
They will assume that you're knowledgeable about the topic too! :)
And you'll start to gain respect and a following.
If you've heard of a guy called Mike From Maine, then you'll know how well this method can work - even if you just use it for affiliate marketing :)
He's almost got celebrity status these days and makes a very good living from it.
Mike even interviewed me a few years ago before he garnered such fame. But that's another story...
