I've just been giggling to myself about it...
But it doesn't paint a very professional picture does it?
I suspect what has happened is that they have rewritten the post a couple of times and forgotten to update the meta data.
Doh! 🙈
You can make sure not to make this mistake in WordPress like this:
Update the post Title and Description using a plugin such as All-in-one-SEO-pack (the one I use) or Yoast.
To get All-in-one-SEO-pack or Yoast plugins (you don't need both), search and install from your WordPress Dashboard.
Alternatively you can download them for free here:
Download All-in-one-SEO-pack
or
Download Yoast
You can set the featured image on the left hand side of the post editor.
Once you've saved the post, make sure that Facebook shares the correct data by running it through the Facebook Debugger.
Et voilà ! You don't end up looking like a complete numpty! 😉
Just paste in the URL of the post and hit debug.
Simples! 🤓
