I must apologise for going AWOL. I came down with the lurgy and spent a large chunk of the past couple of weeks crashed out on the sofa watching TV...
Still, it wasn't all bad - I have valiantly made it to season 6 of Game of Thrones! Lol!
Yesterday I was thinking about updating the Convertri post on my blog as it relaunches next week...
But I got a 404 error on the post...
I checked all my other posts and they all gave 404 errors too! Eek!
I thought maybe it was something to do with my Cloudflare setup so...
And don't try this at home, boys and girls...
I deactivated the Cloudflare Flexible SSL plugin...
*** BAD IDEA ***
This immediately logged me out and I couldn't log back in because I was stuck in a redirect loop back to the login page!
Plus my site formatting was completely screwed up!
Engage panic mode!
So I got on chat with Hostgator support... the first guy seemed competent enough, if very slow...
And then I got logged out of chat for no apparent reason...
So I started again. This guy insisted on me giving him a PIN number I had no memory of setting up...
Some time later he gave me a link to an article to change my permalinks.
Useless!
Anyway, I STILL can't login I said...
Cue more idiocy from support....
And just when I thought I was getting somewhere I got logged out.
Again!!!
In desperation I headed over to Cloudflare and fiddled with the settings....
I turned Automatic HTTPS Rewrites on....
Hey presto! The site formatting was fixed and I was able to login! Woohoo! :D
Cue swift reactivation of aforementioned plugin.
The 404 errors seemed to resolve themselves...
Big relief! :)

Anyway, this means I'm behind schedule in telling you about the relaunch of Convertri.

It's pretty much unrecognisable from the early days because they've been busy improving it.
And it just gets better and better!
Now you can even copy a page from any of your previous funnels! Wow! :)
There's nothing more important to your online business than your sales funnel.
But (even for a geek like me) setting one up can be complicated because there are so many moving parts and they all have to play nicely together.
For starters you need a good page builder.
And in my humble, though geeky, opinion Convertri is the best.
I dropped ClickFunnels for it.
Doing so has saved me a ton of money and frustration!
You get amazing hosting with it too - no chance of your website going down in the middle of your big launch!
