We visited Chepstow Castle last weekend...
A stage was being set up in the main courtyard and as we wandered up the hill towards the ramparts, there were various people dressed in historical costumes...
It was a lovely sunny day (and that hill had been very steep!), so we sat down on the grass to catch our breath and enjoy the peace and quiet.
No sooner had we sat down, than a minstrel started playing the medieval bagpipes. Right next to us. Very badly. Eek!
Next, a small group of people, again dressed in medieval attire, started to gather the crowd around them for some entertainment...
They seemed to be saying that Courtney Love was going to play... which seemed unlikely, though not impossible...
After a brief period of confusion we realised that they were in fact asking for people to play "the game of courtly love"...
Bit of a relief to be honest! ;)

Anyway, back in the 21st century I pricked up my ears when I came across this case study, which shows how a total newbie is making $200 / hour using 100% free traffic.
