Reports To: Marketing Manager

Pay Rate: **The pay range for this position is $18-$22/hr based on experience**
Job Description: Graphic design and production coordination of all internal and external marketing visual presentations and communication materials for Sloan Museum & Longway Planetarium and its member organizations. |
| Scout Programs Lead
Location: Longway Planetarium / Sloan Museum
Department: Education & Outreach
Reports To: Curator of Education and Outreach Programs
FLSA Status: Non - Exempt
Pay Rate: **This is a part-time position, approx. 20 hrs. per week** Pay Rate $12.50/hr
Must be available weekends and evenings, available to stay overnight on scheduled Fridays and Saturdays.
Job Description: This position will coordinate the delivery of Scout and other youth group programming and overnight events at Sloan Museum of Discovery and Longway Planetarium. The Scout Programs Lead will assist with the preparation and maintenance of program materials and supplies and will present programs and activities during Scout and other youth group events. This position will also be responsible for securing the building, handling emergencies and ensuring the safety and comfort of camp-in participants.

| Guest Services Representative
Location: Sloan Museum – Courtland Center/Longway Planetarium
Reports To: Guest Services Manager
FLSA Status: Non - Exempt
Pay Rate: **This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $11.50 per hour – must be available to work weekends**
Job Description: The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional guest service to both patrons and internal customers. The Representative will handle gift shop sales, admission tickets, and light cleaning to ensure that the facilities are neat, clean and welcoming to our visitors.

| Special Events Technician
Location: Sloan Museum – Courtland Center/Longway Planetarium
Reports To: Special Events Manager

Job Description: Under the direction of the Special Events Manager and Coordinator, the Special Events Technician performs set up and tear down duties at events in the museum and planetarium. The position also provides exceptional customer service to both patrons and internal customers. |
