45th Annual Sloan Museum Auto Fair presented by Genisys Credit Union is fun for the whole family. Adults are $7 and kids 11 and under are free!
The Sloan Museum Auto Fair is an exciting two-day car show with music, exhibits, family fun with activities for kids, entertainment, Treasures in the Meadow, craft vendors, food vendors, vehicles for sale, and 600 or more great automobiles on display! The show is held on the beautiful Flint Cultural Center Campus. Get all the details at SloanAutoFair.com.
The newest addition to Sloan Museum’s automotive collection will be on display during Auto Fair at Buick Gallery. On October 12, 2016, the museum picked up a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette, bringing the total number of vehicles in the automotive collection to 103. 1963 marked the first major redesign of “America’s Sports Car” and the new Corvette (assembled in St. Louis) was smaller, lower, lighter, and more aggressive, featuring a Flint-built 340 horsepower, 327 cid V-8 and a 4-speed transmission. 1963 also marked the first year a Corvette coupe was available, and the only year for the “split rear window” that has become the Stingray’s hallmark.
Our special displays are a great attraction. Sloan Museum Auto Fair is proud to celebrate the 50th anniversaries of the Camaro, Firebird, and Cougar. A timeline display will showcase preserved and restored Camaro's and Firebird's throughout the years. Applewood Estate will also host a display called All American Classics. Finally, we will showcase the very popular Police Car display again this year. |

Checkout this 1950-era Murray Pedal Car created by Dan Hryhorcoff. The car body is built around a 1997 Ford Ranger pickup truck. To create the “Sad Face” body style, the Ranger’s wheelbase was shortened and raised, aided a lot by 24-inch wheels. Get all the details at this year's show. |
| Be sure to check out the vintage motorcycle display in front of The Whiting. You'll see bikes from 1935 through 1994, Harley's to Cushman and even a Vespa.

| Over at Buick Gallery, visitors will see the 1934 Duesenberg as well as 30 vehicles from the Sloan Museum collection not usually on display. Also on display is the 1934 Cadillac V-16 prototype V-16 Victoria. It has a 154 inch wheelbase and was custom built for a doctor in Paris, France. It's the only one of this model ever constructed.

| Fun for the kids: Again this year, we will have the Model Car Make and Take. Youngsters aged 11 and under will be able to make their own model vehicle.
Shopping: Take a spin around Treasures in the Meadows. Visitors will be able to shop for Automotive, Antiques & Collectibles, Arts & Crafts, and Vehicles for Sale.
