| Sloan Auto Fair in the Flint Cultural Center Campus this Weekend - Sloan Museum Admission Included in Auto Fair Ticket |
| | | | The 51st annual Sloan Museum Auto Fair is happening this weekend in the Flint Cultural Center campus, June 24 & 25, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. both days, presented by Shea Automotive Group and sponsored by Attentive Industries and Bishop International Airport.
This year at Auto Fair we are celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Chevrolet Corvette, with a collection of rare vehicles from across the car's history displayed in Durant Plaza (off of E. Kearsley Street across from Longway Planetarium) and inside Sloan Museum's lobby. Joining the Corvettes will be hundreds of show cars, along with classic motorcycles and antique tractors. Once again, we will have live music from the talented kids of Third Degree Burns, and DJ Scott Kuhl will be playing all your favorites all weekend long. Make and Take model cars for the kids will be inside the museum (which is included in your Auto Fair admission price) with plenty of food vendors to fuel you back up. |
| TICKETS:
Spectator tickets for the Sloan Museum Auto Fair are $10 for ages 12+; children ages 11 and younger are free with an accompanying adult ticket. Auto Fair tickets include admission to the Sloan Museum of Discovery June 24-25, 2023. Please Note: The Genesee County Arts Education and Cultural Millage free admission benefit does not apply during Auto Fair weekend; Sloan Museum’s regular hours and admission discounts will resume on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.
All of the proceeds from this annual fundraiser support the show's mission: To support the acquisition, restoration, maintenance, and promotion of the Sloan Museum unique collection of vehicles and archives. This collection is a significant record of the important historical position Flint and Genesee County hold in the development of the American Automobile industry.
