Subject: Sign up by this Saturday for Longway's Intro to Coding online class

Registration deadline is October 31. Class begins November 2.

This online class is for anyone who wants to get started learning to code. No background in computer programming is needed. This class is primarily self-paced, with optional virtual meetings.

November 2 – December 18, 2020 (7 weeks)
Registration deadline: October 31
Optional virtual meetings: Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Recommended for ages 12 to adult

To participate in this class, you’ll need to download two pieces of free software. Both are available for Mac, Windows, and Linux.

1. Download Godot Game Engine at GodotEngine.org
Godot Game Engine is the software we’ll use to learn how to code.

2. Download Discord at Discord.com
We’ll use Discord to share pre-recorded videos and other course content, and as a platform for optional synchronous meetings.
