New for 2019 The staff of Sloan Museum, Sloan Museum Auto Fair committee, and Friends of Sloan*Longway are excited to present a very special Sloan Museum Auto Fair this year. The 47th annual Sloan Museum Auto Fair (SMAF) is again taking place at the historic Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad, on June 22 & 23, 2019. As everyone who attended last year discovered, the setting is beautiful, comfortable, relaxing, and family friendly. Just as important, the roads are perfectly maintained and the grounds groomed to provide a clean, dustless environment in which to showcase your wonderful variety of vehicles.
This year, kids and families can enjoy a bounce house village and live music. Special feature displays include Antique Tractors, Police Cars, Classic Motorcycles, General Motors Trucks, and A History of Stock Cars.
For the past 46 years, all proceeds from this annual event have supported the acquisition, restoration, maintenance, and promotion of the Sloan Museum’s unique collection of vehicles and archives. This collection is a significant record of the important historical position Flint and Genesee County hold in the development of the American automobile industry. |
