March is a Great Time to Explore Sloan Museum of Discovery and Longway Planetarium!
The kids will enjoy fun day camps during Spring Break while you can enjoy all the history and science galleries at the totally re-imaged Sloan Museum of Discovery! Both Sloan Museum and Longway Planetarium will be open on Monday during Spring Break week March 27-April 2 to serve our community better. Other things to do include a free drop-in book clubs & Lego clubs; a brand new First Friday live show on March 3 featuring Ice Age mammals; another live show called "Perusing Peru" as part of the intriguing new series Cultural Astronomy; and of course, the regular awesome planetarium show schedule and hands-on Sloan Museum galleries for history and science exploration! Spring Break 3-Day Camps March 27-29, 2023 |

Fun and engaging hands-on, 3-Day Camps for Kindergartners, 1st-3rd graders, and 4th-6th graders will take place Monday-Wednesday, March 27-29 at Sloan Museum of Discovery. Discovery Lab (located in Discovery Hall) - this incredible, fully-equipped maker space is open to public Tuesday–Friday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-5 p.m., & Sunday Noon-5 p.m. (with the exception of special events). Our awesome floor staff and educators are on site to guide you and your family with engaging projects. It's hands-on fun for everyone, and FREE with general admission. |
