| | | Join Longway Planetarium's Executive Director, Todd Slisher, tonight at 6 p.m., as he shares his stories and photos from his eclipse-chasing days. Todd is the author and director of numerous planetarium programs that are in worldwide distribution and holds degrees in Astronomy and Physics from the University of Michigan. In addition to hearing a bit of Todd's eclipse-chasing journeys, you will learn the differences between Lunar and Solar eclipses, find out how to safely view the upcoming eclipses, and learn where you can best see the Great Total Solar Eclipse of 2024.
Every ticket to the event also includes a free pair of Longway Planetarium Eclipse Glasses (while supplies last).
