Hello *|FNAME|*,

I am taking some exciting new initiatives with Practical Research Parenting. Here are some new opportunities and resources coming your way...

Mothers' Day Competition
You can win a free Sleep Consultancy Package or a free Sleep Options Wizard for yourself or a friend by participating in my competition on Facebook. You just have to tell me why you (or your friend) needs the Sleep Options Wizard or Consultancy Package for your chance to win. Please go to My Facebook Page for details and to enter, share, or tag your friends.

New Free Email Series
I'm trying to provide more value to you, my subscribers, by preparing an information-packed free email series. I'll be adding you to this email series tomorrow. It is largely tailored to parents of young children (and babies) who are having sleep issues.

I'd love your feedback. It's been a lot of work getting it prepared, and if there are any areas where it feels a bit clunky, I'd love to know. Some emails, like the welcome video, are meant to be seen when you first sign up - so it may appear a bit odd given that you have been with me for a while. One of the emails about top-sleep posts, you may have already seen. Overall, there is enough new content that the email series will be relevant and interesting for you, especially if sleep is still an issue for you.

If your sleep is all sorted - congratulations! Feel free to unsubscribe
from the email series of sleep emails (starting tomorrow). If you unsubscribe from today's email, you will be off my list completely, but if you unsubscribe from tomorrow's email you will stay on my general email list (unless you choose not to), and just remove yourself from the sleep email series.

As part of this change, I'll be changing email-provider. Thus this email might look a little different.

New Podcasts
I have a new series of podcasts coming out from my interview with Dr Koa Whittingham, a Clinical and Developmental Psychologist and researcher, with her own website: Parenting from the Heart. The first two are on Anger Management for Parents, the most recent is about the transition to motherhood, and on Tuesday I'll be releasing the first of a couple on the Possum Sleep Intervention.

I'm hoping to line up a podcast or two on Anger Management for Kids next.

Thank you for joining me on this journey. The parenting journey, and the growing business journey. I really appreciate you.

All the best,

Nicky
