Friend,
Ever wish there were two of you in your dojo?
Or, maybe one of you to run the place while you were at home with your family?
A short time after my first dojo took off, I started feeling that way.
So, I did something about it.
Check out this post if you want to find out what I did to "clone myself" in my dojo:
Until next time,

P.S. - One thing I should reiterate here before you read that post is how important I think it is for you to learn every job in your school BEFORE you train someone to replace you. Think of this as insurance--insurance that you'll be able to train competent staff, and insurance that you'll be able to cover for staff member who call in sick or quit.
