And unsurprisingly, we've hit a bit of a losing run recently. We should expect these and our advice is to stick to the recommended staking plan and simply ride them out...

Moving onto today, and we're heading to the Northumberland Plate for a glorious sunny afternoon at Newcastle Racecourse...
Today's Plate looks a tough nut to crack with 20 runners and many with winning potential, so we're going each way with a 16/1 shot (6 places generally available)...
