No joy from Golden Melody yesterday, who ran well throughout only to weaken over the last 100 yards....
So, it hasn't been the best of festival thus far for our free tips, but we still have one more chance today in the Coventry Stakes...
Before wrapping up, I'd like to share a very brief email I received from a guy called Shaun soon after yesterday's race...

This is a clear example of the lack of foresight of some punters; those who expect a constant stream of winners, and haven't yet learned how betting to profit really works...
It reminds me of the Festivals & Luck article I wrote earlier this year, which undoubtedly Shaun didn't find the time to read.
As I'm sure you know, here at Lucrative Racing our main focus is on long term profitability, and I'm very grateful that the vast majority of our readers understand these fundamental principles...
It makes my job a whole lot easier, at any rate...
So thanks for sticking around when the results don't go our way...as you probably already know, it's well worth it in the long run!
