Hi Friend,

You may of noticed an increase in 'value getting' betting products in more recent times. Why is this?

The answer, in my view, is simple. Because obtaining value is a foolproof method to producing consistent profits. And quite simply, it works!

However, there is one major pitfall when it comes to obtaining value. Can you guess what it is? (hint - it's in the email subject)

That's right, we are usually going to need to look to the bookies when placing our bets. Not only do the bookies tend to match Betfair's odds earlier in the day (when most are looking to obtain their value), many of the major firms offer Best Odds Guaranteed meaning we can get either the original odds taken or industry SP, whichever is highest.

The pitfall comes in the form of restrictions - online bookie firms are sharper than ever and therefore are quick to restrict or close accounts that are profiting consistently or who they suspect of arbitrage (backing at the bookie and laying on the exchange).
So who is the first to get restricted? The people who are obtaining the greatest value, of course.

As punters we are always looking to get the best odds possible. Bookmakers see this, and will take action especially if a punter is consistently beating SP prices. So whats the solution?

I give some useful hints and tips to avoiding bookie restrictions in my walkthrough video for BackLucrative - if you haven't yet seen this give it a watch here.

One thing I haven't mentioned in the video is the importance of using a nice round number for your stakes i.e in multiples of £5. Placing bets of £9.73 or even £12.50 is more likely to tell the bookies that you are using a system and staking method of some kind, and therefore they are more likely to restrict your account.

There is also a second solution. And this is the reason why, after 10 years in the betting game, the majority of my own bookmaker accounts are still open and functional.

Tomorrow i'll be explaining the second solution in more detail - so keep an eye out for my next email.

All the Best,
Michael
