Good morning! Popping in quickly to remind you that the Thrive in 5 Meditation Workshop begins today!!!! At 12 pm EST over in "I Rise and Thrive" Facebook Group ==> https://www.facebook.com/groups/iriseandthrive

A few things to have a GREAT experience:
  • have plenty of fresh water on hand! Because we stream energy healing through everything we do....you will be receiving high vibe energy and light! And I always suggest to clients - after a session - drink LOTS of water!
  • bring your favourite pen, pencil, marker (or whatever you love to write with)...in case you want to take notes!
  • And carve out the time for YOU! The session will be about 45 min :)
