Tired of diets that feel like self-punishment and workouts that feel like torture?
An overweight body may not seem so bad after all. Especially if you've "tried" it all and nothing worked long-term.
But what if the reason you can't seem to fit in the size of clothes you'd like to wear has nothing to do with food or exercise?
What if it's something no one is talking about... but should be.
This week, one of my clients learned that fear kept her from being slim and fit.
Fear of opportunities to be an unfaithful wife if she was physically more attractive was keeping her stuck... and heavier than she wants to be.
She's a loving wife in a healthy couple for decades, but infidelity lied buried in her family line from many generations back.
That negative "emotional junkball" of fear had been passed along and now manifests in her physical weight.
- Fear of being unsafe in a relationship
- Fear of trusting yourself
- Fear of losing people in your life if you look and feel better than they do
...are common reasons for extra weight (emotional padding).
After the emotional baggage is released (takes a few minutes), new healthy eating habits become much simpler, possibly even automatic and exercise effectiveness is magnified.
This is because your subconscious mind is no longer working against you as your saboteur but is now on your team. 💖
