Yesterday, we talked about career and money self-sabotage and how common it is. Remember that it isn't your fault, Friend.
Weight is another important topic because it influences how you feel about yourself.
It can certainly dim your lifestyle and drop your peace of mind if you're feeling self-conscious or keep failing and being the size and shape you want. 😕
Weight loss self-sabotage
If you are a person who believes food causes weight gain instead of from feeling emotionally unsafe (the real cause of excess "padding" - read about Amanda below), you will eat things you believe aren't good for you to mess up your weight (and they WILL because you've trained your body and mind that way).
You may choose a diet you know is unsustainable or set your goals too high so you fail and prove to yourself you don't deserve to be slim and healthy. That you aren't good enough to have what you want. That other people are better and more deserving than you. That something in your past makes you damaged goods and you'll never feel good about yourself again.
See how toxic self-sabotage is to you as a human being? It masquerades as safety from what's scary but takes you down a dark, dangerous path.
