Your free Spring Into Summer workshops are now "Spring Into Confidence" since they are growing into a more year-round experience.
In the first workshop, we discussed the 3 elements of self-esteem and you got your starting point by doing the exercise.

- Self-Image (how you SEE yourself)

Now, in Workshop #2, we use those same 3 elements TOGETHER to create what you want in your life. Each one is VITAL to creation. If any one element is missing, you will end up with something other than what you truly want.
