You've done it. I've done it.
Procrastination keeps you feeling stuck, stressed and stagnate.
The lack of confidence, inspiration, support, and a plan can destroy huge pieces of your future and keep you from feeling happy, healthy and truly loved for who you are.
That fear creeps in and can cause more procrastination, which causes you to feel worse about yourself.
Weight gain (emotional padding because you don't feel safe) is a common side effect.
Then things like depression, Dr. visits, illness or injuries and negative situations like car accidents, needing a new roof, toxic co-workers and family conflicts are attracted to your energy.
Your weight goes up even more. And Dr. visits and prescriptions for the various symptoms of emotional unrest increase, and so does the out-of-control feeling. Ugh.

Four weeks ago, on July 1st, as the second half of this year started, some very smart Positive Women jumped into my new program Power Completions 2019 to accomplish what they want so they'll feel great about their year when December rolls around. ⏰
Since then, they have all brainstormed with me privately by phone and we've simplified what they want to accomplish into a few simple steps for their one-page Game Plan, gaining clarity and new solutions to old problems.
Just a couple of the biggest takeaways from the Game Plan calls:
- Melissa said, "This seems like it’s easier than I thought it would be.It doesn’t seem like anything complicated. Like it’s very doable, I guess. Not some burdensome process."
- Gina says, "Planning is important for growth. I like how you've set it up to make it fun!"
Each woman has just 3 playlist items, all customized to accomplish what she wants whether physical, health, geographical, career, relationship or family.
Some accomplished things in the first week that they'd needed to do for YEARS!
