Here’s a better way to get healthier, feel more rested, have more energy, eat cleaner, start making time for yourself,
...or whatever else you want to do, improve, or change. (Just so you know, change is an icky word because your subconscious mind hates change.)
Instead of trying to do something new or different EVERY day (a recipe for disaster), do it 2-3 times per week.
Doing something you aren’t used to doing every day takes willpower and what you need is why power.
Why power pulls you forward toward what you want (positive energy!) and strengthens the closer you get. Yay! Willpower is pushing away from a don’t-want (negative energy) and fades the further away you get from the problem.
Willpower is pretty much gone 1/3 to 1/2 way to your goal and needs constant recharging. Ugh, a lot of extra (and unnecessary) effort. The key is to work WITH your subconscious mind in a way that is comfortable for it.
That way you team up with it to support you instead of going against it and ending up with an inner conflict.
And your subconscious mind ALWAYS wins inner conflicts. And remember... it doesn't like change!

Wow, that feels good, doesn't it? (That feeling is WHY POWER!)

- How many days per week feel good to start with? (If none, start with one. LOL It happens.)
- Where will it land on your calendar? (YES, schedule it.)
- Will it be first thing in the morning?
- In the evening before bed?
- During lunchtime or at work on a break?
You can do this.
You can improve your life.
You can have more of what you want.
As long as you go about it in the right way. I’ve done it.
My clients do it every day (and we all started like I’m suggesting to you).
Go easy on yourself. Too much is, well, it's TOO much.
Give yourself a break.
