When what you're used to is comfortable and certain, it doesn't necessarily matter that it may be painful, toxic, negative, or destructive. You might choose to stay in it, even if there is a way out.
Like me, you've probably stayed in something long after you knew it was time to move on, right?
A stressful job, an abusive relationship, a negative doctor, a toxic friendship, and the list goes on...
Letting go of something you know for something new puts you into uncertainty. And THAT is uncomfortable because certainty is one of your basic human psychological needs.
You need courage to move into uncertainty with confidence. This is vital for you to become the woman you're meant to be - healthy, happy, and free.
To gain that courage, have faith that letting go of what no longer serves you opens space for what does.
It's like cleaning a closet or taking out the trash. You have to make room for something new or you stay stuck in the old stuff forever.
Stuck is not your natural state, Friend. That's why it's uncomfortable.
Inside, you are certain there is more health, happiness, and freedom for you but you're not grabbing onto it.
That causes frustration, anger, sadness, depression, fear, self-doubt, and negative self-talk (among other things). And THAT is not who you are meant to be...
Allow your intuition to guide you out of what doesn't serve you and into what does. It knows what's best for you better than any
human on this planet!
Ask (just think it to yourself), "Is this what I am supposed to do?" Then wait to hear, feel, see, or just know the answer.
It may not be the answer you want. Go With It Anyway!
Your intuition ALWAYS answers. And your intuition is ALWAYS right.
Create a great day for yourself, Friend, YOU deserve to be healthy, happy and free! Kelly
