It's one of the underlying fears most (if not all) women have... even if they won't admit it.
It's BIG and DEEPLY rooted, so talking about it, ignoring it, or changing your behavior won't solve the problem.
Where Fear Of Being Judged Came From
It was automatically passed down to you through generations dating back to when women were punished for speaking their mind, speaking up for themselves, and weren't allowed to have any control over their lives.
Being judged resulted in being labeled. Being labeled resulted in being shunned by your tribe. Being shunned by your tribe meant certain death.
When you fear being judged TODAY, it triggers back to the fear of death by default.
THAT's why it is SO big and powerful, easily stopping you from expressing who you are and living the life you want, causing stress, anxiety, and even depression.
Brushing off this and other emotions, behaving as if you don't feel them, or sweeping them under the rug causes physical illness and injury. Remember, the physical body manifests what's going on inside.
It's easy to end up with doctors, drugs, surgeries... and recurring illness because medicine doesn't solve negative emotions that hide beneath the surface and wreak havoc on your health...
Good News! Releasing negative emotions from your subconscious mind solves the problem.
Know that most of what you struggle with TODAY isn't yours, and it's not your fault.
It's an accumulation of inherited emotional baggage from your ancestors and you don't need to carry it around anymore.
Imagine only feeling 10-20% of the fear, sadness, despair, depression, anger, etc. you've ever felt.
How would your life be different?
What would your career, family life, relationship, health look like?
How would you feel with 80-90% positive emotions filling your day?
