- You have 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts per day
- 80% of your thoughts are negative
- 95% of your thoughts are the same ones you had yesterday and the day before
The subconscious mind holds on to everything and replays it again and again. In order for it to replay positive thoughts instead of negative ones, we need to shift our percentage!
Negative begs for our attention and that's why crime, violence, and tragedy are top news stories. Turn. Negative News. OFF.
Watch something funny and get laughing! Switch your focus to positive a thousand times per day if you need to. Pretty soon, the negative thoughts will get shorter and shorter as you quickly replace them with thoughts that make you strong.
