For example, if you believe in something but your friends cause you to feel the need to defend yourself or hide your belief, they are not the right people for you.
2. You absorb other peoples' energy and it can cause you to feel better or worse.
Energy is contagious - yours and everyone else's.
For example, you may have felt great before you ran an errand and afterward felt angry or sad for no reason you can think of. Chances are, you picked up how someone else was feeling.
Visualize yourself in a bubble of love and protection as you go about your day. :)
3. Talking about your problems doesn't solve them.
Talking is something you do with your conscious mind and problems reside in your subconscious mind. It's like peeling an orange and expecting an apple to be inside.
For example, talking to your friend or counselor about your problems may feel better for the time being but it's superficial and temporary. In fact, the energy of talking about problems magnetizes more of them.
The way you release your problems and start fresh with lessons learned minus the emotional baggage is with energy work.
