Take 1 minute of Me-Time a few times per day to focus on ONE thing YOU WANT with all the positive emotions of already having it.
It's powerful and it works.
Do it with me: Take a deep slow breath all the way in... and all the way out.
That breath thing may sound silly until you realize we rarely breathe fully and our weight, health, mood, sleep and therefore future are negatively affected by that fact.
Think of ONE thing you want.
Just one. (You can do this again with other things one at a time.)
Be specific.
Maybe you want to have a new car or home or good health. Maybe it's a happy relationship, fulfilling work or deep, meaningful friendships.
What are the emotions you would feel if you already had this?
Happy, safe, comfortable, successful, accomplished, joyful, loved, energized, inspired, grateful, healthy, etc.?
FEEL those feelings and IMAGINE you have what you want RIGHT NOW.
You get quicker the more often you do it. And your image gains color and vibrancy!
YES, it's fine to borrow the feelings from something else you have or had that felt awesome! Go for it! 💖
Each time you do this you are connecting with YOU and the life you lead and want.
When the holidays pass, you will still have YOU and you need to feel good about yourself and optimistic and energized about your future.

Why This Strategy Works:
- The energy created by your emotions - positive or negative - is your most powerful creative energy and is what pulls people and experiences into your life (positive or negative) based on the frequency your emotions vibrate on.
- Your subconscious mind doesn't differentiate between what's real and imagined. It takes everything as the truth. When you think emotionally about something, you are placing an order for what you want MORE OF. Be careful what you ask for!
