I have been working on this for quite some time now.

I still catch myself doing it.


Being it.


Heart ... heavy.

Body... frozen.

I... immovable.


I don't think I can move. I don't think I can change. I don't think anything can change.


It has never been possible.


Do you recognize this state?


This negative, but somehow very familiar state?


This is the state of resignation.


I think you know it, we all do.


That state is somehow comfy but quite detrimental to our well-being and happiness.


We can break through this state.
