Don't rush with the waves. Stay. So you can see the deep vast blue. Then you'll know your way.

One mistake we tend to do when we are unfulfilled at work is to try to change everything at once.

That is difficult to do and because of this sensed difficulty we enter into a fight/flight mindset that does not offer enough space to see the current reality and future potential clearly.

A more productive approach starts with acceptance. When you accept how you feel, your compassion automatically arises. Then you will have space to take care of yourself, access your inner knowing and potential to generate new ways of being that will lead to learning and change.

This is what we will do in the Unwrap Your Gifts launch retreat.

We will start with looking at our current state, in the safe space of community, and allow our compassion and knowing to arise.
