On a Personal Note
I send you my warmest greetings form BALI for ThanksGiving,

Yesterday I finished two seminars, back to back at our Shambala Retreat Center.

Today I relished in paddling in the morning sun, while Don was practicing with his new found freedom the SCORKL, a quasi oxygen tank, that is just used for extending your snorkeling time.
He is so super excited about it.
We have a great reef right here in front of Shambala.
