Subject: 🦃 Special Turkey Friend

Hey Friend

This morning, something rare happened. I woke up after Thanksgiving without a tummy ache (a small victory, but I’ll take it).

The real highlight of the day, though, was a powerful moment with my family.

My wife gathered the kids and handed them each two bags.

She said:
“I want you to fill one bag with clothes and the other with toys. We’re going to give these to a family who can enjoy them as much as you have.”

At first, our daughter wasn’t having it. She cried, and the thought of letting go was just too much for her little heart to handle.

But after a while, and some reassurance, my wife shared a lesson that stuck with me:
“If you want to get fun new things for Christmas or your birthday, you have to show you’re ready to receive them. But if your room is already stuffed with toys and clothes, where will the new things even go?”

Boom. That hit me. Friend

And I want to ask you the same thing: What are you making room for?

As we head into a new year, it’s worth asking: Are you holding on to habits, tools, relationships, or even thoughts that don’t serve you anymore?

Sometimes, the biggest breakthroughs come when we clear out what’s taking up unnecessary space — whether that’s outdated strategies in your business, routines that no longer spark joy, or beliefs that keep you stuck.

You can’t move forward while carrying everything from the past.

So, what will you let go of to make space for the opportunities, growth, and blessings waiting for you?

This season is the perfect time to reflect and prepare for what’s ahead. Start clearing the path for your goals now — the new year will thank you for it.

To letting go and making room,

Leland Baptist

P.S. Don’t wait until New Year’s Eve to make room for change. Start today, and you’ll be amazed at what flows into your life!
