Whalley Legion #229 recently had some of the inside 2021 Poppy Committee get together to celebrate exceeding the goal for the year.  A total of $153,503 was raised

 to help veterans.  We are so proud of the accomplishment of exceeding the goal during these trying times. Thank you to all of the volunteers, including telephone canvassers,

 taggers, cooks, money counters, trap line workers, school delivery persons and Cadets who made this possible.  (Just so you know, everyone paid for their own dinner.)
