Hey my friend,
Conflict.
It can make you angry.
It can make your frustrated.
It can make you crazy!
Or even all of the above.
Conflict can occur with anyone:
So you may ask, “What can I do about it?”
Well, you first need to understand
That when we have conflict with another person
It really stems from resentment.
And what may be the cause of this resentment?
Judgement.
It appears we are judging others for displaying a certain characteristic or some trait that we’ve probably chose not to see in ourselves.
It also appears we don’t see in those other folks
That which is not already within ourselves.
(Read that again as it is a powerful statement of fact).
And it also means you are really saying they are a certain way-
But you are not.
And then you end up looking down on them
Because you believe you might be better than them.
Next you get all the emotions that interfere with all you do…
Anger
Sadness
Frustration
Even revenge!
It activates the fight or flight center of your brain
And that’s where all these emotions live.
But hold on, there is good news!
