Subject: Positions for A Major

Hey Friend,

I got to be on the receiving end of technical support yesterday. Instead of me being the engineer giving support, I called Sweetwater support to troubleshoot why I still was having trouble with this new recording interface.

I was fully prepared to dismantle and send the interface back for an exchange, but it turns out the device driver software supplied by the manufacturer wasn't playing nice. The engineer was able to load a generic driver that seems to be working - for the most part.

I'm still finding some glitches, but at least I can record what I need for your exercises without having to restart the machine every time I need sound capability!

If I can't get the glitches stabilized, I still may exchange the system. I'll give it a week...

Anyway, the exercises today take you through the various positions you can play A major.

(Right-click and "save to computer")

These chord shapes will get very familiar to you (or the already have). Once you've got the muscle memory down, it's just a matter of remembering where toy place the shape on the guitar neck to get the desired chord.

I'll leave you to it. Enjoy!

Peace~
