Hey there Friend,

We've been enjoying a nice early Spring, and I hope wherever you are the weather is treating you right. Makes it just a little harder to be indoors, so take your favorite guitar outside with you and serenade the neighbors! Who doesn't appreciate a little Zeppelin, AC/DC or Metallica!

Of course, the weather's not my excuse for not writing you in a while...

I wanted to let you know about a special project I've been involved in over the past few months. It's been keeping me pretty busy, and I'm finally starting to feel like I can come up for air.

I've teamed up with six other guys from around the world to release our first ever CD! We represent from Germany, Poland, Thailand, Australia and the U S of A. Each of us have contributed a song to the CD, and you'll find our songs an eclectic mix of progressive instrumental rock, folk, hard-driving punk and more.

You can check out more details about the project and learn about my partners in crime at our IndieGoGo site promoting the CD Sonic Alchemy.

My song is called Beginnings. It starts out with a jazz feel and transitions to rock. This is my debut, my first stab at recording and my first release. I hope you like it.

If you wanna do a good deed and pay it forward, please choose a perk for yourself and help us make this dream come true!

In fact, you can own a piece of the action and be one of the first to get your hands on this rockin' collaboration. For $15, you get both a digital download of the entire CD plus a physical copy mailed out to you when we release it. Want your copy of the CD signed by all the artists? You can get it right here!

If any of you have ever worked on /put out a CD, you understand the amount of work and effort that goes into getting your labor of love released to the world. For all you musicians and music lovers, is there any better way to show your support of fellow musicians than to buy their CD?

You can be "the wind beneath our wings" (wait, did he really just say what I think he said?). OK, yeah, a little cheesy, but you get idea. Worked for Bette Midler, though! We'll be grateful for any help you can send our way, but you won't be left empty-handed. We've got some great perks available to you in return for your generosity.

Take a look at Sonic Alchemy. Don't be shy - I know you want us to write that song for you ;-)

And more than anything, thank you so much for visiting our page and for your support. You ROCK!

Peace~

Dave

P.S. - If you don't know who Lucky is, go Google Lucky Charms cereal. Mmmm, tasty!
