My how time flies…
22 years ago today I was in a hospital maternity ward welcoming my oldest daughter into the world.
There are few experiences in life that have such a profound impact on your life - I still remember how different the world looked the second she was born.
There was a shift that can’t be explained - you can only experience it yourself.
Kind of like getting your first guitar and knowing within an instant that something inside you changed.
That you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this instrument was meant for your hands.
Okay I admit, it’s nowhere near as awe-inspiring as witnessing the birth of your daughter, but guitar can be a profound experience.
When you know, you know.
