Sorry for the lateness of this message, and this one has nothing to do with guitar. But it does have to do with both repairing and improving your memory.
I have been trying to catch up on a special video series of doctors discussing a disease my dad is suffering and also took my grandmother.
One of the things common to every one of us is we have brains. The better we can keep our brains healthy, the easier it is for us to function and learn.
Since helping you not only learn (but also retain information about) guitar is my goal here, I thought is was worth telling you about this program.
I apologize it has already started and if you are interested, you’ll start on interview 4, but it’s a good one.
It’s all about using sleep to improve your memory and relieve stress. For so many people, sleep is a big problem. I know I don’t get enough good sleep, so I’m looking forward to learning how to sleep better.
